Jay Young is the married one.  In fact he just celebrated his 25th anniversary this year.  Jay and his wife Dawn have 4 children and 1 grandchild.  (They got married young)  Jay has been active in the Scouting program and a leader in his church. Jay is the owner of Customer Attraction Solutions a social media marketing company.  Jay's big hobby is restoring a 1968 Camaro SS with his son.  Jay is all about his family.

Brian Elder is the proud father of 2 children.  Brian is the President of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, the Reserve Coordinator on the Arlington Fire Department, owner of Roofing Solutions and currently running for Mayor of Arlington, Tennessee.

Jay Young and Brian Elder have been morning radio partners for over 20 years.  They think that's a good start.
