| When I
was in high school I started working on cars. My first project was a 1949 Ford pick
up truck. This truck was found out in a farmers field with a tree growing up through
the middle of it. It was purchased for $10.00. Since I was a senior in high school I didn't have much money to
put into this project. Most of the parts were scavenged from junk yards and from any
old car or truck I could find. (legally of course) |

I used a make shift engine hoist to install a
390 that was in my Dad's old Ford
Ranch Wagon (the old brown car in the picture on the left).
The picture on the right is my finished truck with the other love of my youth, the
Honda MR 250 dirt bike in the back. |
